The Participations facet of the business aims to identify unique real estate projects with a potential for being good business opportunities. These companies operate as arms of Grupo RFM in varied segments such as hotels, retail and concession agreements.

As part of our business vision, we hold participations in short- and long-term investments, in projects that not only have high potential for returns but also provide valuable experience for the places where they are present as well as their target audience.

Txai Resorts

We entered the tourism real estate industry by way of the Txai Resorts, a chain of luxury boutique resorts with around 20 to 60 units. Txai owns a resort in Itacaré, Bahia which is regarded as one of the best in the industry in Brazil and is the recipient of numerous awards and certifications.

The operation of POP MALL by concession agreement started in 2018 and revolves around the administration of a popular shopping center in Niterói city, comprising 82 sales stands – a shopping center where small local retailers can cater to the local customers.

CONCESSION AGREEMENTS

Founded in 2007, Concessões e Participações BR is Grupo RFM’s company in charge of participating in concession agreement projects and submitting Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals focusing on products with potential for generating revenues for the investors and singular experiences for the customers.
